Thank you for choosing Simply Leighannes! We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final! If your order arrives damaged, or if you need to cancel before shipment, please reach out to us at simplyleighannes@gmail.com

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at simplyleighannes@gmail.com with the order number, photo of the damage, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the problem. If the item is damaged, we will offer a replacement if the item is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be refunded minus the shipping. 

Refunds
 If you are approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
